Order Processing
Most orders are placed same day as they are received. In some cases, order processing may take up to 48 hours. If there is a problem with your order, you will be contacted by phone or email.

Shipping
Most orders ship directly after the order processing period is complete. Orders that require special attention from the manufacturer such as tables, stools, custom fabrics, colors, etc., may require a lead time of 1 to 4 weeks. If your order requires special attention, you will be contacted by phone or email. Because these items are made at the manufacturer, only a estimated ship date can be provided.

Estimated Ship Dates
MedSupplier.com strives to provide you with the most up-to-date information as possible. However, in extreme circumstances, estimated ship dates can be delayed. As soon as MedSupplier.com receives any new updates regarding your order, you will be contacted immediately by phone or email.

Error or Damaged in Shipment
We use the greatest possible care in packing our shipments. Notification by customer must be made to our customer service department within 48 hours of delivery to report any product error or loss occurring in transit. Damaged shipments must be reported immediately to our customer service department. Please note: Do not accept any visual damage to the shipping container, box or package. If package is delivered damaged and not noted with the carrier MedSupplier.com will assume NO responsibility for product or any replacement product. This must be reported to MedSupplier.com customer service immediately at time of delivery. If a claim has been made with any carrier you must keep all original packing and contents with the shipment until an inspection has been made by the carrier. Failure to do so will result in the claim being denied and MedSupplier.com will not be responsible for replacing or giving credit on the shipment. A replacement product will not be shipped out until the carrier has made their full inspection.

Return Goods Policy:
1. A return good authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns. Returns can be made up to 15 days after receipt of order. Due to health concerns, some items cannot be returned to the manufacturer or MedSupplier.com. 2. All returns are subject to the manufactures returned goods policy and a minimum 25% restocking charge or the manufactures restocking fee which may be more than 25%. 3. All inbound, outbound and insurance shipping charges are responsibility of the customer when an item is returned. 4. Orders over $250 will be refunded by check only.
