- A return good authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns. Returns can be made up to 15 days after receipt of order. Due to health concerns, some items may not be returned.
- All returns are subject to the manufactures returned goods policy and a minimum 25% restocking charge or the manufactures restocking fee which may be more than 25%.
