Return Policy

1. A return good authorization (RGA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns. Returns can be made up to 15 days after receipt of order. Due to health concerns, some items may not be returned.
2. All returns are subject to the manufactures returned goods policy and a minimum 25% restocking charge or the manufactures restocking fee which may be more than 25%.
3. Orders over $150 will be refunded by check only.

Select products are not eligible for a return. These products include products that have an expiration date. For a complete list of non-returnable products, please call customer service.
