Overview
Media selective strep w/5% blood-Select-O-Strep media is the perfect media for those offices who wish to detect Group A Strep, but do not want other interfering organism growing at the same time. Select-O-Strep either inhibits or helps to suppress the growth of gram negatives, staph, etc. Select-O-Strep with SXT reduces the growth of even common strep flora allowing mainly group A & B strains the ability to grow. Choose from a Pk/10 or a Pk/20
